Access

The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin! We are real people with real jobs just like you!

Space

The cabin will be thoroughly cleaned/sterilized in between all guest bookings.

We also own another neighboring cabin on the same private drive in case you are looking to have more guests. Please inquire and I will share that listing as well.

The main level of Three’s Company provides you with a wonderful living room, cozy stone accented fireplace, brand new pull-out couch and loveseat (not pictured yet), access to the covered deck, and large picture windows that frame the outdoor view. Also located on the main level is a screened porch where we and your special guests will find the soothing outdoor hot tub.

Adjoining the living room is the full equipped kitchen and dining area where you can prepare, cook and serve your favorite meals, all from the comforts of your log cabin getaway in Pigeon Forge.

On the main level of this cabin is a bedroom and full bath for you to enjoy.

Located on the lower level of this beautiful cabin rental is a spacious game room with a pool table with futon and bunk/futon (so up to 5 can sleep in that room), a private bedroom with an en-suite full bath and jetted tub plus access to the lower level outdoor seating area with park benches and a picnic table.

The upper floor at Three’s company is entirely dedicated to the third luxurious bedroom that features a full en-suite bath and jetted tub for complete and total relaxation.

Three’s Company offers complimentary satellite WiFi, so please be aware that satellite speeds are much slower than normal speeds.

Notes

The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters.

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Dogs (2 maximum) allowed with a pet fee. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 per pet and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

There is absolutely no smoking inside the cabin. An additional $200 fee will be charged for smoking that will go to additional cleaning.
