Reservations can be made through our website. Payment must be received in full at the time of booking to secure the reservation. We accept major credit cards. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
Cancellations made 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund, 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for early departures or no-shows.
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges.
The cabin may only be occupied by the guests listed on the reservation. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the cabin. The cabin is for residential purposes only, and no commercial or other use is allowed without prior written consent.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Pets are not allowed on the property without prior written consent unless it was reserved and paid for ahead of the check-in.
Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused during their stay, including but not limited to damages to the cabin or its contents. Guests must report any damages or losses immediately to the property owner. Guests assume all liability for their use of the cabin and the property, and Bunkhouse Worldwide is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during the guest’s stay.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bunkhouse Worldwide and its owners, agents, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from their use of the cabin and property.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the cabin is located. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
